ACROBATIC BALANCING includes classical partner and hand-to-hand balancing, handstand and strength training. Students develop trust, agility and body control through short balancing series, lifts and pyramids, building on the abilities and strength of the individual student and group. Training as “base” and “flyer” allows the student to gain important movement vocabulary, physical precision, control, grace and performance power.  PLEASE NOTE: Monday class YOU MUST BRING A PARTNER
