VIRAL VEGAN HIGH PROTEIN CHOCOLATE MOUSSE 😋
400g silken tofu 200g dark chocolate (70%) 1/2 tsp vanilla 3 tbsp maple syrup (or more) (Serves 4) Instructions: 1 Melt dark chocolate using a double boiler or (Thermomix: 3-5 minutes, 50 degrees, speed 1). 2. In a blender, combine melted chocolate with silken tofu, 1/2 tsp vanilla, and 3 tablespoons maple syrup. Blend on high for 3 minutes (Thermomix: 3 minutes, starting from speed 3 and gradually increasing to 9). 3. Transfer the mixture to a bowl and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight. · 1 serving Oat base: • ½ cup oats quick, minute or rolled all work • 1 tablespoon chia seeds • 2 teaspoon cocoa powder • Pinch of salt • ⅓ cup milk of choice • ⅓ cup brewed black coffee • ½ teaspoon maple syrup Creamy topping: • ⅓ cup plain greek yogurt • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract • 1 teaspoon maple syrup ***over sub the topping with just vanilla Greek yogurt Additional cocoa powder for dusting optional Follow @nourishedbynic for more amazing recipes!
BROWNIE BATTER overnight oats | thick and creamy
brownie batter OVERNIGHT OATS 😋 FOLLOW FOR MORE macros and recipe ↓ RECIPE ingredients: Oat mixture 40 g oat flour (blended oats) 70 ml almond milk 1 tsp vanilla essence 15 g protein powder (I used whey salted caramel protein powder) 1 tsp chia seeds 1 tsp cacao powder 50 g Greek yogurt Topping: 50 g Greek yogurt, 1 tsp stevia, 1 TBSP cacao powder, 20 ml hot water Optional chocolate shavings 1. Mix the all of the ingredients for the oat mixture in a bowl 2. In a separate bowl mix cacao powder, stevia and hot water till smooth then add the yogurt and mix again 3.
