Chocolate Peanut Butter Fudge --- 1 (3.5 oz) bar 70% dark chocolate ( Lindt),in pieces ¼ c unsalted butter, cubed ½ c creamy peanut butter 1 tsp vanilla ¼ cup xylitol* Heat ingredients in med saucepan, very low heat, stirring often (don't burn). Remove as soon as melted. Stirring until smooth. Transfer to wax paper lined 8 in sq pan. Refrig covered with plastic wrap til set, (2 hr). Cut in 16 sq's Refrig in air tight container (separated w wax paper.)
