Składniki: 700ml mleka • 2 żółtka • 80g cukru • 2 łyżki mąki pszennej • 2 łyżki mąki ziemniaczanej • 150g miękkiego masła • 350g kajmaku • 400ml śmietanki 36% + 2 łyżki cukru pudru • Herbatniki • 2-3 banany. FOREMKA: 20×24cm 🍨MASA BUDYNIOWA: Zagotuj 450ml mleka. Zimne mleko (250ml) łączymy z cukrem, żółtkami i oba rodzajami mąki ( pszenna i ziemniaczana ). Całość wlewamy do wrzącego mleka i dokładnie mieszamy aż powstanie gęsty budyń. Miękkie masło (150g ) miksujemy i dodajemy do niego partiami ostudzony budyń. Całość miksujemy do powstania masy budyniowej. WARSTWY CIASTA: Na herbatniki wykładamy 1/4 masy budyniowej na to plasterki banana. Ponownie wykładamy 1/4 masy budyniowej. Następnie herbatniki, odrobina kajmaku i herbatniki. Reszta masy budyniowej, herbatniki i bita śmietana.
