Crock pot coconut chicken curry - This is delicious! I added a LOT of diced carrots. We serve with basmati rice and a side of cucumber, tomato and onion salad. Diet friendly, but portion control is the real issue here :)
Oven Baked Tacos Ground beef (browned and drained) refried beans taco seasoning half a can of tomato sauce Mix together and scoop into taco shells, (stand them up in a casserole dish). Sprinkle cheese on top and bake 375 for 10 minutes!
