Beef Stew with Cognac and Horseradish Mustard-- 11/2012 Rated 9. Will make thIs again soon. Made a couple small changes based on what I had on hand. Used cubed steak, canned carrots, mushrooms & only a dash of wine (next time I will leave it out) but the Crown Royal Black I used was great. It gave it flavor that no one could put their finger on. Served over buttered white rice.
