Matcha Creme Brûlée
I absolutely love Crème brûlée, it's one of my favourite desserts. In this version of Matcha Crème brûlée, the creamy custard is flavored with the distinctive earthy taste of matcha green tea. I served the Crème brûlée with a Wasabi and Matcha Sable biscuit, and on top the biscuit, for a contrast of flavours I added few dots of lemon ganache and pomegranate seeds.
