DIY Lara Bars. Yum! I altered the recipe a bit. To the recipe, I added 3/4 c. dried cranberries, 1/4 c. chocolate chips and 1-2 T. peanut butter (more or less depending on the texture of the mixture The pb will help hold it together.) I formed them into "cookies" instead of bars and stored them in an air tight container. These don't last long in my house!
