False. It stands for asexual, aromantic, and agender, for sure- but never allies. Allies aren’t oppressed and don’t need a community to support them.

To clarify: it doesn’t stand for ally because ally isn’t a gender identity, sexuality or romanticity. Allies aren’t oppressed, so, whilst they do support, they shouldn’t be classed as LGBT+.

Exactly! People don’t get it when I say I’m Ace but still want to kiss girls/guys.

A bisexual and an asexual walk into a bar. It’s a queer bar. People there assume they are a straight couple and ask them to leave because umm :/ this is a safe space :/ http://acejokes.tumblr.com/post/149372342728/nomoremissnicebi-bisexualwhovian-a-bisexual

THE A STANDS FOR ASEXUAL NOT ALLIES<<< YES!! On another note though, it would honestly be nice if people "came out" as an ally, then we would know who was a-holes or not!

THE A STANDS FOR ASEXUAL NOT ALLIES<<*sigh* there are more than one identities associated with one letter. The a does not only stand for asexual, but also aromantic and agender. This has been a PSA.
