Water Balloon Luminaries: Materials- high-melt paraffin wax, balloons, double boiler, cookie sheet 1. Fill a balloon with tepid water 2. Melt wax (180°F) 3. Dip balloon into the wax just below the water level 4. Hold in the wax for a few seconds and slowly lift it out. Repeat a few times, allow time between dips 5. Set the balloon onto a cookie sheet to create a flat bottom 6. Pop the balloon once wax is cooled 7. Place a tea light/votive inside
