Tacky Christmas DIY presents!!! Cheapest costume ever. No glue needed. You need a large gift bag, small gift bag, tissue paper, gift bow, ribbon, tape, headband. Cut the bottom out of a large gift bag. Tie ribbon to the front of the bag in the hole used for a bag handle. Then tie the other end of the ribbon to a bag handle hole at the back. Do it for both sides and you'll have arm holes! (Match the ribbon to your shirt color and no one will notice it) Tape tissue paper to the inside of the bag.
