Evolution of prototypes of the wooden bicycle basket now available online at  http://www.etsy.com/shop/IVAMIR The inspiration for the design came from a number of places, however borrows heavily from a link I found at Convivial Wood the design was originally used for shop part storage from a company called Hebic out of Belgium. The spring clips were inspired by some of the catch designs in Digital Wood Joints  and also a great post about cnc Joinery on Make.
