Do the overhead squats making you not even want to do this workout? I was that way for YEARS. I had horrible mobility from playing basketball for 20 years and never stretching. Getting into a “stacked” position would hurt my shoulders so much. I would stretch for over and hour a day my hips, t spine, lats, ankles, etc Wouldn’t see much improvement.
