having the letter a as the tea pot is more interesting than just putting a picture of a tea pot in the middle. Tea - Pouring from such a great height is only for the most reckless of tea drinkers. Or for those with plastic topped table cloths.
Not totally sure why Alzheimers requires a poster (and it wouldn't be great as an educational tool) - BUT, I think the design is very powerful. The darkness and the way the word trails off into nothin (Beauty Design Poster)
This is an interesting design on how to properly use Indesign. As a freshman and somewhat rookie designer, it's cool to see how to properly use Indesign. I like how the artist stuck with a design and used the same theme throughout.
Layout ideas - Designed by Jake Hill. I am inspired by the angled cropping of the images. It creates great eye movement, and visual interest. There's a great balance of negative and positive space throughout the layouts.
I love this design. It is minimalistic and structured which is two things i have been trying to achieve with my publication. I have been recreating elements of stepping in my designs, and wish to reflect this in my contents page too.
