Ingredients: 2 cups flour 1 cup sugar 2 teaspoons baking powder 1/4 teaspoon salt 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted 1 cup milk 2 large eggs 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract Directions: Preheat 375°F (190°C). Line a 12-cup muffin tin In a medium bowl, whisk together dry ingredients Whisk together melted butter, milk, eggs, nutmeg, and vanilla extract. Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and stir until just combined. Do not overmix. Divide the batter evenly among the muffin cups. Bake for 20-25 minutes Cool in the tin for 5 minutes Mix 1/2 cup sugar and 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon. While the muffins are still warm, dip the tops into the cinnamon sugar mixture, pressing gently to adhere.
