STEM students, along with STEM Program faculty and staff members, take part in a team building exercise during a Summer Bridge Program event.

To help students establish a strong foundation in math and science, students are mentored by college faculty and student peers in a supportive and engaging setting. The program runs Monday-Friday  from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. with a two-hour math course, collaborative study time, and hands-on activities. The program runs Monday-Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. with a two-hour math preparation class and an hour of collaborative study.  Each afternoon, students work on a STEM project, such the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) “Sea Perch” underwater robot.
