Pour over 1.5 oz Baileys. Let soak. Beat 5 tbsp butter w/ 1 c powdered sugar until light & fluffy and stir through cake crumbs & roll into balls. Push a lollipop stick into each ball & set in the fridge for 1 hour. Dip pop into melted chocolate & top with sprinkles. Set aside to dry.
