Protein Waffles! Recipe: 1/2 cup rolled oats, 1 scoop whey protein powder, 1/2 cup egg whites, 1 tbsp Greek yogurt or cottage cheese, 1/4 cup pumpkin puree (or other puree or additional cottage cheese), 1 tbsp stevia, 1 tsp cinnamon, and 1 tsp baking powder. Blend thoroughly! Mix should be thick but still pourable. Pour into greased/non-stick waffle maker and cook as usual ? I topped mine with Walden Farms maple syrup, peanut butter drizzle (PB2), bananas, and blueberries
