Bayou Brownies ~ Ingredients: 1 c chopped pecans, 1/2 c butter, 3 lg eggs, 1 18.1/4-oz pkg yellow cake mix, 1 8-oz pkg cream cheese, 1 16-oz pkg powdered sugar. Instructions: Combine pecans, butter, 1 egg and cake mix & blend. Press into bottom of lightly greased 13X9 inch pan. Combine remaining 2 eggs, cream cheese & powdered sugar. Beat at til smooth. Pour cream cheese mixture over cake mix layer. Bake at 325 40 min or until cheese mixture is set. Cool completely in pan on wire rack.
