20min · 2 servings Sungold Tomato & Pumpkin Pasta 🥹❤️ it takes 20 min to make, and it is the perfect way to use the last of season tomatoes. Ingredients: • 1/2 yellow onion (sliced). • 1 shallot (sliced). • 1 garlic clove (rough chop). • 2/3 cup pumpkin puree. • 1 pint sungold tomatoes (halved). • 8-10 oregano leaves (more for topping). • 2 tbsp tomato paste. • 1/2 tsp pumpkin spice (add more to taste). • 1/3 cup heavy cream. • 2 tbsp unsalted butter. • 1/3 c grated parmigiano reggiano + more for topping. • crushed red peppers to taste. • 8 oz fusilli corti. •salt and pepper to taste. Directions: • 1.- sautee the onion, shallot and garlic in olive oil on medium for 2 min, add in oregano, tomato paste and pumpkin puree. Cook for 2 min. • 2.-Turn heat to medium high.

Arrange three strawberries diagonally in the center. Fill the remaining edges with more strawberries. 4.
