Movement exploration - start in a hip hinge and move your hips side to side, tilting, rotating till you find that sweet spot for the glutes! This will be your starting position for the following exercises! 2. Supported single leg hip hinges, really trying to hinge back your hips and not let that knee come forward! 3.
