Ingredients: 3/4 cup (150g) greek yogurt 1 tbsp maple syrup 1/2 tsp cinnamon 100ml decaf coffee 3 rice crackers some cacao powder Stir greek yogurt, maple syrup, and cinnamon. Put 100ml of coffee (I used decaf) in a bowl. Soak the rice cakes in coffee. Now gradually layer a rice cake, yogurt mix on top and repeat. Sprinkle with cocoa powder and enjoy! ▪️1 cup of oat flour (just blend 1 cup of oats)⁣
▪️2 ripe bananas, mashed ⁣
▪️1 carrot, grated ⁣
▪️2 tsp cinnamon ⁣
▪️1 tsp baking powder⁣
▪️1 cup milk⁣
▪️1/2 cup pecans, chopped (optional)⁣

METHOD ⁣

▪️Preheat oven to 180c⁣
