El Pollo Loco Avocado Salsa
Avocado Salsa...1 ripe avocado, 1 jalapeno, stemmed and quartered. 1 cup water. 1 Tbsp white vinegar. 3/4 tsp salt. 2 TBscp minced cilantro. 2 TBSp diced onion. Combine avocado, jalapeno, water, vinegar, and salt in food processor. Puree the mixture for several seconds on high speed. Pour into bowl. Add cilantro and onion. Cover and chill. Makes 1 1/2 cups.

Avocado Salsa Ingredients 3 avocados diced chunky 1/4 cup chopped red onion 3 Roma Tomatoes diced 1/8 cup fresh cilantro finely chopped 1 Tbsp. lime juice 1/4 tsp. garlic salt 1/8 tsp. pepper Instructions After you have diced and chopped the avocados, red onion, Roma tomatoes and cilantro, combine in a medium bowl. Add lime juice, pepper and garlic salt. Toss and lightly stir to combine flavors.

Creamy Avocado Salsa Verde! OMG this is SOOOOO GOOD! Being from Texas, I thought I knew every trick to get a great roasted flavor in any salsa - until I read this gal's recipe and made it. In lieu of chopping everything in batches in the food processor, this gal put all of the hard vegetables in a roasting pan, cooked them in the oven, which brought out just amazing flavor and made the assemblage so easy! This is a canning recipe, but it only makes 4 pints - which will disappear fast~~.
