"Herba balls" - herbalife protein balls. 1 cup whole oats, 3 tbls reduced fat peanut butter, 2 scoop vanilla herbalife healthy meal powder, 1 tbls honey. Run through a food processor and form into balls. Makes roughly 12 protein packed balls at around 40 calories each!
Delicious banana "bread" cookies... 2 scoops Herbalife vanilla PDM, half of a banana, 1/2 tsp vanilla extract, 1/2 tsp sugar free maple syrup, 1/4 tsp cinnamon, 1 egg, 1/2 cup of Quaker oats. Mix together well, add a little water to make cookie consistence, let sit 5 min, add a little more water if needed, bake 350 for 15 min. Makes 1 batch. Eating healthy never tasted so good! Herbalife Waffles 1 1/2 cup skim milk 3 eggs 3/4 cup wheat flour 1 1/2 tsp baking powder 1/2 teaspoon baking soda 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/4 cup olive oil (for less fat vs 2 bananas) 1 tablespoon cinnamon 1/2 cup Vanilla Formula #1 In a blender, mix milk, eggs, oil, bananas, powder, soda, salt and shake. Pour in to bowl and add flour and cinnamon. Add as much flour as needed to get a thick batter. Makes 6 to 7 waffles. Calories 188

"Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough" Shakeology recipe! How to: Start with lots of crushed ice in your mini to go blender. Add 1/2 cup water, 1/4 cup of whole organic milk, 1/4 cup of unsweetened vanilla almond milk, a tsp of vanilla, 1 scoop vanilla Shakeology, 1/3 cup of chocolate chips ( I use Enjoy Life mini chips brand). 1 tbsp of clean pbutter or almond butter, You can always add more chocolate chips, milk, or nut butter to suite your taste. BLEND. ENJOY!
