March 4. Day #22 : So many mornings I've had to drag myself to the gym. Today, weirdly enough, I actually wanted to go. That is a totally different mindset than the one I am used to. I'm still not "enjoying" the workout. But I didn't resist or fight the knowing that I NEEDED to go. As to what I want MOST, that is easy. I want to achieve my goal weight (150lbs) and maintain it. I want to be able to eat 'normally' and be comfortable enough with my body to know when to quit eating.
