原口家の料理番 on Instagram: "混ぜて冷やすだけの簡単レシピです！ オーブン使わないレシピリクエストが多数なのでシェアします！ みかんを丸ごと入れてるのでインパクトがすごいですね😳 オーブンも卵も小麦粉も使わないレシピなので、幅広い人が楽しめると思います🍊 【レシピ】 ⓪牛乳パックを型にしてキッチンペーパーを敷く。 ①ビスケットを細かく砕いてバターと合わせて⓪に敷き詰めて冷やしておく。 ②常温のクリームチーズを練って柔らかくし、グラニュー糖(30g)を加え艶が出るまで混ぜ、ヨーグルトを加えよく混ぜる。 ⚠️ヨーグルトを加えた時に、ダマが目立つ場合は濾すか、ホイッパーでしっかり混ぜる⚠️ ③生クリームにグラニュー糖(30g)を加えて6分立てにして②と混ぜ合わせる。 ④粉ゼラチンに水を加えて600w電子レンジで20秒加熱すして、③に加えてよく混ぜる。 ⑤ビスケットを敷き詰めた生地にみかんを並べ④を流し入れる。 ⚠️牛乳パックかクッキングシートにみかんの真ん中、切るべき場所をマジックなどで印をつけておくと良い⚠️ ⑥ラップで包んで3時間以上冷やしたら完成 ラップは上から被せるのではなく包むようにすると、形が綺麗に仕上がる。 ⚠️ケーキを切る時は包丁を熱湯で温めましょう⚠️ 【材料】 (レアチーズケーキ生地) 粉ゼラチン_5g 水_大さじ2 クリームチーズ_150g プレーンヨーグルト_150g グラニュー糖_30g 生クリーム_130g グラニュー糖_30g (ボトム) ビスケット_80g バター_40g #簡単レシピ #簡単スイーツ #簡単スイーツレシピ #グルテンフリー #レアチーズケーキ"
