Sheryl Koch's "Starlet Interchangeable" is a 3-mirror kaleidoscope with independently turning wheels of multi-colored fused glass. The foreground of the image is created by the wheel closest to your eye; the back wheel creates background. Unscrew the knob & trade out the wheels front-to-back, and you get an entirely different view. Imagine all the permutations with four wheels to choose from.
