So important to be as authentic as possible in writing. I love bilingual/multilingual characters, but if you do not speak more than one language, you don't have that first hand experience of how our brains work. The words, meanings, dialects shuffle around up there until you figure out the right ones to use. When emotions are heightened, chances of mix ups are higher, and usually pretty hilarious.
