Roasted Garlic Potatoes au Gratin is my all-time favourite comfort food recipe. It combines layers of thinly sliced potatoes, infused with the rich flavour of roasted garlic and creamy, cheesy goodness. It’s a real crowd-pleaser and perfect for any occasion! Ingredients Produce • 1 Chives, Fresh • 1 head Garlic • 8 Potatoes (about 1.2kg), medium starchy • 1 tsp Thyme, fresh Baking & Spices • 1/4 tsp Nutmeg • 1 Salt and pepper Dairy • 1 tbsp Butter, unsalted • 2 cups Gruyere or mozzarella cheese • 1 cup Heavy cream / double cream • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated • 1/4 cup Whole milk

ДОМАШНЯЯ КУРИНАЯ КОЛБАСА
Домашняя куриная колбаса • ⠀ • Если сохранили рецепт, пожалуйста, оcтавьте любой кoммeнтарий❤️ • ⠀ • Ингредиенты: • 🔸800 гр. куриной грудки • 🔸6 шт. филе бедра • 🔸соль, черный перец, чеснок • 🔸150 мл. сливок (у меня 10%) можно заменить на куриный бульон • ⠀ • Приготовление: • Куриную грудку перекручиваем в фарш, а филе бедра нарезаем на маленькие кусочки. Затем к мясу добавляем соль, перец, чеснок, сливки и перемешиваем. Закрываем пищевой плёнкой и убираем в холодильник на 5-6 часов, можно на ночь оставить. • Бумагу для запекания разрезаем, сверху посыпаем паприкой и выкладываем фарш. Влажными руками формируем аккуратную колбасу и сворачиваем. Завязываем края и отправляем в разогретую до 180° духовку на 1 час или варим на среднем огне также 1 час. Даем немного остыть. •

Ingredients: 1 zucchini 2 eggs 1 cup shredded cheese, mozzarella & cheddar Salt & pepper to taste How to make it: 1. Preheat your oven to 350F. 2. Blend or grate your zucchini and squeeze out all of the moisture. 3. Add back to the blender with the rest of your ingredients (or simply mix in a bowl). 4.
