D.F. Barry Cabinet Card of Goose, Sioux, with Barry's West Superior, Wisconsin imprint; titled in negative. Goose participated in Custer's expedition to the Black Hills in 1874, and was later wounded in the right hand while a scout for Reno. Goose was blamed by other Indians for bringing the "white man" into the Black Hills.
