KILLER SHOULDER COMBO growing the shoulder boulder is my favorite thing to do 1️⃣ 15 (each arm) leaning lateral raises. Hold onto a pole/machine/etc. to allow more area for movement 2️⃣ 15 single-arm presses with PALM facing in, elbow forward 3️⃣ 15 single-arm upright row with a plate - try not to bounce like I did lol.
