Stability ball leg extension crunch. A rarely seen combination of an isolation pull exercise (the crunch) and an isolation push exercise (the leg extension). Main muscles worked: Quadriceps, Rectus Abdominis, Internal Oblique, External Oblique, Tensor Fasciae Latae, Iliopsoas, Pectineus, Sartorius, Adductor Longus, and Adductor Brevis.
Start A Fire
High reverse plank. An isolation push exercise. Muscles worked: Gluteus Maximus Stabilizers: Erector Spinae, Hamstrings, Rectus Abdominis, Obliques, Posterior Deltoid, and Lateral Deltoid. Muscles are exercised isometrically.

30 Day Plank Challenge! I did this challenge and i started seeing results in my tummy fat each week.
