Feel free to adjust the spices and quantities to your taste preference. Form into about 50 mini balls, and shallow fry in 3 tbsp of vegetable oil until golden on both sides. Alma Hassan on Instagram: "KÖTTBULLAR I KANTARELLSÅS 🙂‍↔️ Sås 450 g kantareller 1 lök 2 vitlöksklyftor 5 dl vispgrädde 2 dl créme fraîche 1 msk kalvfond Salt & peppar efter smak 2 msk finhackad persilja Olivolja till potatis Smör till stekning 800 g potatis Ta fram en ugnsplåt med bakplåtspapper. Lägg potatis på plåten. Ringla över olivolja, salta och peppra. Rosta i ugnen på 225 grader i ca 30 min. Vill du så kan du koka potatis istället. Stek köttbullar. Ställ åt sidan till du är klar med såsen. Rensa kantareller och ta fram en stekpanna. Värm upp en panna och fräs kantarellerna i ca 5-10 min tills vätskan dunstar bort. Tillsätt smör, lök och vitlök. Stek i någon minut. Häll ner vispgrädde, créme fraîche och fond. Låt puttra på medelvärme. Smaka av med salt och peppar. N
