🌺 This routine changes depending on variables like if I’m traveling or I’m feeling low energy. The only non-variable is my yoga practice. I’m telling you this because most of the activities I do have some movements that firm my belly and strengthen my core.

👍 I believe a strong core is essential for healthy living. A strong core will protect your back and give you the best chance of staying mobile without injuring yourself as you age.
