- TRX suspended upper body single leg bridge
- TRX Crossing lunge - ‘lean in’
- TRX Crossing lunge with rotation 
- TRX suspended clam shell

Reps - with time under tension 
Beginner - 6 
Intermediate - 8-10 
Advance - 12 -15 
X3-4 rounds 

 ⬆️ added in rep ranges as i had a brilliant question from a follower saying that they had been doing one of my shorter posted workouts & felt they needed to start progressing!
