Instead of just "punishing" students, they need to understand what rule they broke and why they did it. They need to understand what they did was wrong. This worksheet might help the teacher and the parents have insight of the student's actions.

Think Sheets are useful for a student who breaks classroom or school rules. It helps students evaluate the problem rather than focus on the punishment.
