Lucky Land is a city within a city. Six blocks have 23 residential buildings with various architectural solutions and height capability, corresponding to the general concept. The project also includes underground and surface car parks, active mixed-use ground floors, a medical centre, a school, and a park.

While the “15-minute city” model promotes neighborhood-level urban planning, Sweden is pursuing a hyper-local twist: a scheme to redesign every street in the nation.

thoughtfully integrates the corridor's railroad history by reclaiming and utilizing granite curbstones. The design creatively accommodates safety through the use of an elevated and protected lane, providing curb extensions and enhanced crosswalk markings for pedestrians, and utilizing curb extended boarding areas for transit users. with stormwater connected planting beds and an enhanced overall streetscape appearance.
