I try to keep all of my members happy in class, so on occasion, I'll take music requests! At first, I thought it would be difficult to workout to 60s and 70s music, but turns out, it's perfect for an indoor cycling class! It was extra fun to hear everyone singing along - in between gasps of air anyways 😉. Give this playlist a try and let me know how it rides for your next spin workout!
