Ms. Frizzle' Costume - found a dark blue dress at Salvation Army - used felt material (you can get 3 sheets for $1) to create outer space shapes - used a hot glue gun to put the shapes onto the dress NOTE: make sure to put cardboard inside the dress underneath where you are glueing!!! Otherwise, the glue will penetrate through to the backside of the dress
