Here’s an easy STEM activity to try with your little ones: Simply prop up 3 flashlights that are pointed at a white wall. Place red, green and blue @connetix_tiles magnetic tiles in front of each flashlight and adjust to make a white light. 

Unlike paint, when you mix all the colors of light you get white. For those that are interested in the science behind this, our eyes have three different cones that roughly sense red, green and blue light. When we look at white, the three color sensors are stimulated equally and our brain classifies the color as white. 

Some tips: 
Make sure the room is as dark as possible
Try to use a white wall
