His body was never recovered & he is commemorated on the Tyne Cot Memorial Panel 115 -> 119 & 162A + 163A. His father, Brig-Gen Noel Lee, was also a casualty of the First World War. He DOW 22.6.1915, aged 48 received during the Battle of Krithia & is buried at Pieta Military Cemetery, Malta.
