protein-packed breakfast with 27g of protein no protein powder needed! 

What you need for 1 serving: 
- 1 medium banana (100g) 🍌 
- About 40g oats 
- 200g fat free greek yogurt 
- 1 tbsp honey (15g) 🍯 
- 1 fig 
- 1 tsp mixed seeds (5g) 

What you do: 

1. In a mixing bowl, combine the mashed banana with the oats. 

2. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat. Add the banana-oat mixture to the pan, spreading it out evenly. Let it cook for about 4 minutes on one side, then flip and cook for another 4 minutes on the other side. 

3. After both sides are cooked, use a spatula to break the mixture into scrambled chunks. Continue cooking for 1-2 more minutes, stirring occasionally.
