Our friend Linda tells us about Saori weaving, it's history, and why it may just be the creative outlet we all need right now. (No rules, no mistakes, inspire everyone, look out for each other!). Side note: video shot at a noisy trade show, so you may need to turn up the volume to hear Linda.

While weaving you stay open-minded and enthusiastic in each moment, alert to your thoughts and emotions. Noticing beauty in front of you on the loom and around you as well. Your mind becomes ready and available.
