Thailand- The Siamang Gibbon, native to the forests of Malaysia, Thailand, and Sumatra, is the largest of the lesser apes. Its throat pouch can be inflated to the size of its head, allowing the animal to make loud, resonating calls or songs. The principal threat to the siamang is habitat loss in both Malaysia and Sumatra, and it is an endangered species. by Francisco Herrera Loris Animal, Monkey Family, Types Of Monkeys, Slow Loris, Howler Monkey, Monkey See Monkey Do, Mandrill, Great Ape, A Monkey

This is the Bornean orangutan (Pongo pygmaeus)! Endemic to Borneo's tropical and subtropical rainforests. The largest tree-dwelling mammal. The gardeners of the forest, they disperse seeds as they travel. Threatened by habitat loss, their forests are burned to build palm oil plantations and other industry. Illegally hunted for bushmeat, they are also killed to mitigate territorial conflicts with human interests; populations are rapidly decreasing. Critically Endangered.
