My card inspired by the sketch: To begin I Copic colored the stamped images from the It's a Mice Time to Celebrate stamp set and cut them out with the coordinating dies. The rainbow confetti panel was created using the Card - Sized Confetti Stencil Set and Distress Oxide and I trimmed to fit the sketch.
