Making it perfect for meal prep. I highly recommend you give it a go 🤤 Ingredients (for one serve): 50g x raw basmati rice 🍚 150g x lean boneless chicken breast (diced) 75ml x chicken stock 
50g x greek yoghurt
1-2tsp seasoning (I used @mingleseasoning greek garlic seasoning) Cherry tomatoes Zucchini Red onion 15g x feta cheese Optional toppings when serving: Greek sauce or tzatziki Fresh parsley Method: Preheat the oven to 180 Degrees Celsius. In a glass meal prep container add your rice, chicken, stock, greek yoghurt and seasoning. Give it a good mix and add all of your veg. Give it another mix and finally top with your crumbl
