This is the Perfect dosa batter recipe to make restaurant style masala, which is crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. Try this recipe and your dosa will never go wrong and everybody will appreciate you for this Masala #dosa This batter is best suited for Masala Dosa, either Podi Masala Dosa or Normal Masala Dosa, but you can also make other types of dosa.

The measuring cup I've used is 60 gm, so please increase the quantity of the ingredients as per the total amount of batter you want to make. This quantity was enough to make a perfect dosa that was 10 to 11 inch wide, bigger than a typical restaurant style dosa.
