The sleeve is lined and will normally have a hem of about 3-4 cm so... 1 🌸 Press the hem before sewing the lining. Check that it looks nice. 2 🌸 Sew the lining to the hem. Place the pieces right sides together and sew around the cuff. 3 🌸 Put the hem back in the right position and here comes the important part!  In order for the hem and lining to keep their shape for a long time, the cuff part must be interfaced. It can be adhesive or non-adhesive but it needs interfacing.  ❌ Why does it need interlining? Because now you must attach the seam allowance from the hem to the sleeve with a catchstitch.
