First of many lunches for this season! My hubby works as a heavy equipment operator so I have to come up with lunches that will be yummy cold and no heating necessary! Also, he tends to get bored after repetitive lunches! So this year I’m doing my best to be creative thanks to Pinterest! Turkey and cheese pinwheels, cucumber, carrots, cheese, boiled eggs and he also took hummus and crackers!
