Seriously considering putting this on my next gyro. 150g Feta cheese @chelmosaustralia . 1/2 a red capsicum - roughly chopped. 1 long red chilli. 1-2 cloves of garlic. 2 Tbsp Greek yogurt 6 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil.
